This catalogue accompanies Bridget Riley's exhibition of new paintings at the Timothy Taylor Gallery in London (June – July 2006), her first commercial show in the UK since 2000. It is fully illustrated with large colour images of previously unseen paintings. These new 'curvilinear' works incorporate flowing forms that interlock and move with one another, a style that Riley has successfully developed in recent years. Included is an in-depth essay by Paul Moorhouse, curator of Riley's hugely successful retrospective at Tate Britain in 2003.
